We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. Service Plans and Pricing
3.1 Free Plan
We offer a free tier with the following limitations:
- Maximum file size: 25 MB
- Daily operations limit: 2 per day
- Monthly e-signatures: 1
3.2 Paid Plans
Premium and Business plans offer increased limits and additional features. See our Pricing page for current plans and pricing.
3.3 Billing and Payments
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
3.4 Plan Changes
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:

- Not upload malicious files or content
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
- Not use automated tools to access our services excessively

6. File Processing and Storage
Important: Files you upload are processed on our servers and automatically deleted after
processing. We do not permanently store your files except as necessary for e-signature workflows.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of your original files
- Ensuring you have the right to upload and process files
- Downloading processed files promptly
7. Electronic Signatures
Our e-signature service allows you to send documents for electronic signature. By using this feature:
- You confirm you have authority to send documents for signature
- You agree that electronic signatures are legally binding
- You accept responsibility for the content of documents you send
- You agree to our document retention and deletion policies
8. Intellectual Property
All content on PDF-Ninja, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by PDF-Ninja or
its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to files you upload and process through our services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or
implied, including but not limited to:
- Accuracy or completeness of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Security of file transmission
- Fitness for a particular purpose
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF-Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data or files
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions
- Errors in processing
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam or malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice,
for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the services will immediately cease
- Any pending subscriptions may be cancelled without refund
